At the end of December we were in Richmond and had a 2 inch dump of snow which proceeded to melt rapidly the next day. The camera was in danger of droplets from the trees during this brief walk. This path follows an ancient boundary ditch/mound.

A new housing estate
is off to the right while opposite, there are views across to the North York Moors across the fields

A sheep gate adds more variety to the scene.....

... and the sheep were interested.
